Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated mechanical engineer to join our team as a Power Transmission Parts Manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing power transmission parts and systems used in various industries. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products that meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop power transmission parts and systems in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct research and development to identify new materials, technologies, and processes that can improve product performance and reduce costs.
• Analyze and evaluate product designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Conduct testing and validation of product designs to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure the timely delivery of products and provide technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of product design, development, and testing activities.

Required Skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in power transmission parts and systems design.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Experience with FEA analysis and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
