Job Summary

Are you a dynamic sales professional with exceptional leadership skills? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for driving sales results? We are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a small sales team of 3-5 independent, fractional sales contractors, specializing in sales execution for client organizations.

We understand that not all businesses are ready to commit to a full-time sales team. That's why we provide a unique solution offering fractional, frictionless, and flexible sales teams. As the Sales Pod Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of independent sales contractors who collaborate on a fractional basis to provide exceptional sales support to our clients.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
· Lead and inspire a small team of 3-5 independent sales contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Set clear sales goals and targets for the team and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.

· Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, helping them refine their sales techniques and achieve their individual goals.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their sales objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with their needs.
· Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating best practices into the team's sales approach.
· Provide feedback to and collaborate with the team as it builds out the world’s first platform for building and scaling flexible sales teams.

Required Skills

Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales leadership.
· Openness to a fractional sales role. May be FTE equivalent, may require balancing work between several clients concurrently.
· Desire to work 100% remotely and thrive in a remote team environment.
· Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate a team.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and inspire a small sales team.
· Major plus if you have team members who you have worked with before and trust that you can invite into your Sales Team. 
· Results-driven mindset, with a focus on both individual and team performance.
