Job Summary

As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be called upon to sell large-format color graphic printing services to a variety of retail, advertising, education, manufacturing, fashion, and other business-to-business market segments. Large format consists of selling point-of-purchase displays (POP), point of sale (POS), exhibit and trade show graphics, large format posters, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, promotional signage, marketing and education materials and more. If you have industry experience or a desire to learn and are an outgoing person who enjoys selling, this may be the position for you!

All of the candidates will need to have experience selling Color and Graphics Printing Services!

Our client offers a base salary of $75,000 and a generous commission plan yielding a realistic first year total earnings range of $140,000 - $160,000.  They also offer a generous benefits package including Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with match, Stock Options, Paid Time Off, Auto and Mileage reimbursements, Company and Individual Bonuses and many career and income advancement opportunities. Responsibilities

In this role you will:
• Manage Sales activities in Las Vegas and Denver to maximize revenues and corporate objectives.
• Manage, monitor, and hold a team of Sales Representatives accountable to achieve individual sales quotas.
• Lead team to initiate and follow sales processes by understanding client’s business drivers, building relationships, qualifying potential, presenting, and closing business.
• Coach team members to close business by overcoming objections.
• Coach and mentor team members on prospecting and customer engagement centered on product knowledge, core understanding of process and sales tools, capturing and understanding prospect and customer needs, and critical problem-solving skills.
• Assist team members in preparation and presenting to all levels within clients' organizations.
• Interact with corporate leadership and solutions specialists to develop sales strategies that win new business.
• Understand components of margin and manage to maximize profitability.
• Successfully build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Required Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of B2B sales management experience in the Printing industry.
• Experience selling Wide-format Color printing services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and Hubspot CRM.
• Commercial Digital Print industry experience highly preferred.
