Sales Recruiters has been retained by a market leader in the mid-market commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) market in Texas, specifically located and serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This is a salary bonus/commission/benefit/business expenses covered employee position not a 1099 or independent contractor. Responsibilities

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Deliver sales revenue of $3-5M with gross profit in the 30-45% range
  • Build a relationship resulting in a GO TO YOU MENTALITY with commercial HVAC opportunities 
  • Build trust and rapport with customers
  • Collaborate with all company team members from sales opportunity to project completion
Other Responsibilities:
  • Locate, pursue, and secure mid-range ($30-$500K) commercial HVAC opportunities
  • Analyze Scope of Work in RFP
  • Walk job to gather information for proposals
  • Study IOM for equipment-specific requirements
  • Determine site challenges (piping, location, space requirements weight of equipment, moving equipment into space)
  • Determined materials, subcontractors, rental equipment, and other costs to include in pricing
  • Prepare proposals in compliance with RFP and engineering plans.
  • Travel is mostly in the company's area of focus DFW, and some other parts of TX but the territory is mostly local 

Required Skills

5+ Years of commercial HVAC Experience
History of producing $3+ in annual sales
Strong Microsoft Excel and other HVAC software quoting/proposal systems
Good communication skills
Organized and highly detail oriented
