Our client seeks an enthusiastic, results-driven, team-oriented National Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, growing ongoing sales with existing clients, and building long-term relationships within the signage/branding and facilities management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives: What does success in the job look like?

  • Build a pipeline to produce $500K in new revenue in 2025 in the signage/branding and facilities management clientele.
  • Develop strong relationships and understanding of the target audience and ideal customer profile.
  • Gain knowledge in the signage/branding and facilities management industry.
  • Attend industry association events, trade shows, and affinity groups 
Requirements:
•Develop new opportunities with potential clients using various hunting ad logo acquisition methods primarily including activities like emailing, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach (90%) and attending trade shows (10%)
•Maintain and develop strong client relationships ensuring an open stream of communication
•Manage multiple sales projects concurrently while maintaining a command of details, timelines, and next steps
•Effectively use the Salesforce/CRM system
•Recommend products to customers based on customers' needs and interests
•Effectively utilizing internal and external resources to create and present solutions to prospects and clients
•Manage and adapt to changing client needs and expectations
•Communicate frequently with internal Project Managers for status updates and problem-solving as needed.
•Assist in the production of a proactive action plan that helps to increase brand image and meets our client’s needs and expectations.
•Ensure new and existing client accounts run smoothly and efficiently
•Develop monthly expense reports and quarterly reports
•Attend regular meetings with management and staff to discuss sales update
•Create presentations for new client meetings

Required Skills

•Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed for client(s).
•Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively over the phone
•Extensive knowledge of cold calling techniques
•Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or service
•Must maintain a high sense of urgency and work well under stress
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining and growing current business along with acquiring new business opportunities
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
•Ability to analyze information to draw conclusions
•Must possess a strong attention to detail and be a critical thinker
•Must have the ability to make sound judgments
•Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service
•Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems with customer orders
•Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing so others will understand what the client provides
