Responsibilities

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (What Does Success In The Position Looke Like):
Develop connected strong relationships with corporate headquarters.
Develop strong customer relationships with flooring distributors, flooring stores, flooring installers, farmers, roofing, pool, industrial, agricultural, and commercial users
Provides exceptional services to all customers
Build and grow market awareness for company products in targeted sectors
Deliver Revenue of $1M in sales first year and $2M in sales for year 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including electrical contractors and high-end residential/commercial builders.
    • Actively pursue new business opportunities within the Denver market.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions using the client's product offerings.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients on the features, benefits, and applications of the company's technologies.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Act as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Market Knowledge & Sales Strategy:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration, focusing on high-end residential and commercial sectors.
    • Utilize market insights to recommend new products or enhancements to existing solutions based on customer needs and market demands.
  • Sales Reporting & Collaboration:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.




Required Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical industry, with a focus on cable technologies, heating systems, or similar product lines.
  • Strong knowledge of the Denver market, including existing relationships with electrical contractors and key players in the high-end residential and commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Positive, customer-focused, and team-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel within the Denver area is required.
