Meet Fred Stang, a seasoned recruiter dedicated to connecting top talent with companies striving to achieve their sales goals. Fred kickstarted his career in his home state of Colorado, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest-ever branch manager at a prominent regional real estate firm in south Colorado Springs. Leading a team of 20 Realtors, Fred specialized in selling single-family homes to active duty and retiring Army personnel stationed at Fort Carson.

Following years of success in Colorado, Fred and his family made the move to Dallas, where he transitioned into selling disposable medical devices until 1988. It was then that a close friend recruited him to co-found an elite search firm in The Woodlands, Texas. At this firm, they catered to clients such as Ralston Purina, Con Agra Healthy Choice, Polaroid, and Pepsi, staffing entire sales divisions in retail and food-service channels.

Throughout his career, Fred has placed countless professionals at major brands, mid-sized companies, and small entrepreneurial firms, with a focus on roles in sales, sales management, operations management, HQ executive management, and marketing. In the past he has served as Director of Recruiting at EnSTREAM Group, a division of Qualitec, in Houston, TX, Fred remains actively involved in search and recruitment.

A graduate of The Colorado College with a BA in Biology, Fred now resides Cypress, TX as a single, empty nester with five adult children and six grandchildren scattered across Colorado, California, and Illinois.
