District Sales Engineer

Location: Midwest District

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **District Sales Engineer** to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in providing onsite sales representation and exceptional customer service for contract and replacement parts sales. The ideal candidate will deliver appropriate technical support and assistance, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service throughout their engagement with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent our client on-site to conduct sales and foster relationships with clients in the Midwest District.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our product offerings and solutions.
- Assist with contract negotiations and ensure timely delivery of replacement parts.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the environmental or industrial sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the Midwest District to meet clients and conduct on-site visits.

Our client offers a base salary range of $85,000 -$120,000 annual pay based on skills and experience 

Other Compensation: Incentive pay of 0-50% based on achieving sales targets as outlined in the incentive plan.
